Francis Dumont, MD

A longtime Mt. Washington and Anderson resident, Dr. Frank Dumont is a beloved figure in the local community. Having survived the infamous Beverly Hills Supper Club fire as a young man, his call to action was to help others based on this experience. He joined his local fire house, working up the ranks of EMT and Paramedic. This invaluable training led him to pursue medicine.

Besides personal experiences, it is the foundation of faith set up in his early years that sets a precedent for how he treats his patients. “Serving others, especially in the community I grew up in, is a privilege that I feel honored to do each day”. That value on the doctor/patient relationship is the type of care you can expect from Dr. Frank at McGilligan MD.

Gaining trust by active listening is the way Dr. Frank forms his patient relationships. Getting to know you and helping to coordinate your care is a principle he lives by.

Outside of the office, Dr. Frank Dumont enjoys music and spending time with his six beautiful grandchildren, 3 boys and 3 girls, ranging in age from 8 to 25.
